Unable to login into cPanel. "Login Attempt Failed!".

I tried to going straight from the hosting tab. But it just won't let me in.

I've double checked my username: fxr
And I've triple checked my password.

Can anyone help please?

As a side note, when I try to login to x10 itself, it won't accept my username, and I have to use my email address.

PS: I'm not aware of double posting rules, so don't kill me! :tongue:

Yeah, there was a policy change allowing only email address for logging into the account panel a bit back.

Regarding being unable to login to cPanel, what address are you logging into cPanel at? You should be using http://fluidity.x10.mx:2082 OR https://stoli.x10hosting.com:2083

If you are using any of those and it still fails, could you please try resetting your password through the account panel.
