files lost and cant access FTP

my whole website files has been deleted/lost after the server update , and I cant even access or create an FTP account so I can re-upload the files.

The fact that the entire home folder is missing would be why you can't upload any files nor create ftp accounts.

Unfortunately we do not currently have any available backups, we can restore functionality to the account by re-creating it, but before we do so please let us know you have backups of your database(s) if applicable.
