Hi, I was wondering if I could have more than one website on my account.

Yes, that would be what you use addon domains for. You would need to obtain a domain name from a third party though for this, http://co.cc or http://dot.tk are two rather popular services offering this.

I didn't mean that. I meant having two plans - e.g gabriel.org and jamie.org, with a cPanel each, different storage, etc

Each individual is only allowed to have one FREE hosting account.

As a result of that rule above, you can not attach two hosting accounts to the same forum/client account, which basically is what you want judging from your last reply.
