i am unable to login to my hosting account

hello sir,
i have created a account yesterday for free hosting and activated via email but today i am getting a error with invalid username,email, or password. but i am able to login to forum account. and i have even tried to click on forgot password but when i click forgot password nothing happens sir please help me how to login to c panel.....

Due to some recent maintenance on the account control panel, at the moment you must login to the control panel with your forum username (krishna5003745) instead of your cpanel username.
