Cpanel doesn't open

Hello, after loging in to x10hosting.com, i try to open cpanel from the blue button but it doesn't open i have tried typing the address an port (2082 and 20838) but it is useless in x10hosting it says my account is active and ready to use so i asume it is not blocked.

Mi ip is hijosdesanchez.x10.mx

Your personal IP address was blocked due to 10 failed FTP logins in just 5 minutes. I've unblocked it now, but are you experiencing difficulty logging in to your FTP?

Thanks, i am trying to setup a new FTP and I could'nt access to it as you state, I've seen this answear in other posts, is there some common mistake we make when setting new FTPs?
