I'd like my account deleted.

No I do not want to reverse this, I want it gone so I can add my TLD to another account as this account is suspended and I don't have access to cpanel to change it.

We do not expedite terminations of suspended accounts, the account would get removed in roughly 14 days. It can take longer but will NOT be done any sooner.

Could you remove the "Parked Domain" from cPanel then please. It's restricting me from moving my site

You are free to move it to any other host just edit the configuration at your domain registrar, but we will not go into a suspended account and make any changes to allow you to use the domain with us before the account is actually terminated, especially not when the suspension is for something that is not only against our ToS but also illegal under US laws.
