account has been disabled on x10hosting

Does any one have a solution so that I can reactivate my x10hosting? I thought I was paying for the premium account but turns out it was the free version. maybe I can pay to have it reactivated?

Depending on how long ago it was disabled there might not be anything to reactivate. Accounts that remain suspended for more then 14 days are pruned of the system and all data deleted.

There's no client account attached with the forum username you are posting this from, which means that the hosting account likely wasn't either.

If you give us details of your hosting account we can try and find information about if it has actually been deleted or not, cPanel username would be best start to search on for us.

that account user name is: susalud

Looks like that account unfortunately was terminated on 2013-06-13, this means all data would be deleted from the servers.
