For the past few months, I have been using the DNS zone editor via my.dot.tk . In the past few days, I have transferred it back to my x10hosting account.
I have been trying to add the old DNS records back onto the account under the advanced DNS szone editor, but I keep getting the notifications of "Failed to fetch zone file for {mywebsite}". When in the Basic DNS zone editor, I keep getting the notifications of "there are no user-defined zone records for {mywebsite}".
When adding an "A Record", I get the notification of "Unable to find SOA file."
I am not sure how to fix this, and I have backed up all the data (mysql databases and htdocs). Is there a way to reset the DNS zones, or even to reset the account?
