How to install AutoMod via File Manager [Help]

Hello I am new to x10 hosting and I am having trouble installing AutoMod. I have viewed tutorials via YouTube but all videos have others using Filezilla and I don't know if you can physically copy and paste more like drop into your FTP client knowing that you can only upload a file.

I would like to overwrite my Forum folder with the root files (adm, includes, language, store and umil) from AutoMod to further this process. Like I said I am a noob and I am open to any help/insights. Thank-you for your time.

For uploading numerous files and directories, I would recommend you use FTP (FileZilla). Please see this wiki article for more information.
