Registered for Free Hosting but cannot access

Like title says. I registered for free web hosting and followed all the process but when I try to log in it tells me "access denied". Using correct info, password and all. What seems to be the problem? BTW I am in USA, so I dont see a reason for being blocked if that is the case.

Are you getting any error messages, like perhaps a numerical error code after the "Access denied" message?
