ERROR at log-in to my account

try to log-in to my account (cPanel) at --> [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login/do_login ]
enter log-in data and receive --> "An Error Was Encountered - The action you have requested is not allowed."

I am having the same problem. I can get there by ftp but not by your log in page.

Hi,

If you are still getting this error message, please could you try clearing your browser's cache? It is possible your browser may have cached some old client-side files, which is causing this.

Looks like CloudFlare might have something to do with the issue
