Hi all,

xo4 is running fine, so is my site,
all the other xo1, xo2, etc.
cpanel login redirects
works fine, except xo4 (pcriot*com).

thanks for looking into this.

Hi, how are you accessing our service? Are you using a VPN, home Internet connection, or something else?

Hi, how are you accessing our service? Are you using a VPN, home Internet connection, or something else?

I am on a home internet, no VPN.
I have another site on account *********
running on xo3, with working redirect login,
working cpanel, working file manager,
resource manager and working up/download FTP.
basically same access everything works over there just fine.

on xo4, I can only create files via FTP, which end up zero byte size,
or delete them, transfer attempts time out.
thanks

all back to normal, thanks all.
it might have been on my end,
since I kept getting connection resets
trying on several workstations.
too many variables,
sometimes hard to tell. thanks
