Hi, in order to install server software, I need to have the PHP module 'pdo_mysql' installed on my web server. It isn't currently. Anyone know how I can do this?

Thank you.

It should be installed already (users can't install binaries(programs)). Someone on staff with server access will have to look into why you're not seeing it.

Thanks. Where can I find such staff?

(and also, woops, I signed into my brother's account and posted this thread on accident. It's supposed to be on another account. :/)

Such staff will eventually come along here at the forums, I'd however recommend that you sign out from your brothers account and sign in and post from yours, as we would not be able to know what server we need to look at otherwise.

Also stating the full error message you get, if any, will help. As well as telling us what you are trying to install, do note that not everything is suited for shared hosting (free or paid).

Nevermind, I fixed the issue. XD Requesting lock/delete.
