issue is x10hosting's firewall around the IP's country code your account was registered with - your current IP's country code must be the same - as it was - when you sign-in to your account

We advise that you don't give your account credentials to anyone else. If you really need to give access to your account to someone else, you can create limited FTP accounts from cPanel.
