Hello,

I just tried to make a website and selected the CakePHP 3.1.x version in the script installer and I got the error that the PHP extension intl could not be found. I can't seem to find anywhere where I can install or add php extensions.

I have enabled the "intl" extension for your account. Please try installing CakePHP again.
