When will the upgrade link (https://x10hosting.com/sso/upgrade) be up and working again? I know that x10Hosting have been setting new software but this has taken awhile now!

Things are generally announced via announcements, rather than by things that announce stuff without actually being announcements, released in advance of announcements.
