Internet blocked due to frequent abuse

I am new at this. I posted a link to facebook, twitter and our discipleship ministry page. Could that be the reason I'm blocked.

I am getting similar message internet connection blocked when trying to login into cpanel. I have assignment due today, would appreciate your help

Nevermind, found the problem. I had rebooted my machine and forgot I have ZPN(Free proxy) installed which automatically connects on reboot. Once i disabled it, I was able to login.
