My web designer is having difficulty getting access to my server. Is this because he is from pakistan? What is the best way to get him full admin access?

x10hosting's free-hosting accounts have no less then - three (3) issues with that:

#1 - x10hosting's firewall (restriction) around the IP's country code your account was registered with - your current IP's country code must be the same - when you sign-in to your account

#2 - Pakistan is not on x10hosting;s whitelist - see --> [ https://community.x10hosting.com/threads/country-restrictions.166022/ ]

#3 - if you are using a proxy -:- or you are using VPN -:- or you are using something like TOR --- you can not log-into a x10hosting's free-hosting account --- this is a computer (system) setting and staff can not bypass (override) it

NOTE:
The "Whitelist" of IP 'country codes' and some other restrictions do not apply to Premium, and VPS service plans - except when U.S.A. law prohibits your ISP's IP 'country code'
