Says my account was deleted, but I cannot create an account???

I tried signing into my very inactive x10 account, and when I did I was greeted with "Sorry, we couldn't find your hosting account. It was either deleted for inactivity or a Terms violation, or was requested to be deleted. Create a new account!" I was fine with creating a new account, but when I tried to do so, and I entered the email address of my "deleted" account, it told me I couldn't sign up because I already had an account. I tried to use my alternative email address and it gave me the SAME result, except I couldn't get the password right when it tried to get me to sign into this supposed already existing account.

I am very confused. I enjoy using x10 simply as a sandbox so I can teach myself more about web development, and I'm quite annoyed that this tool has been taken away from me...

Okay, so apparently while attempting to re-register, I was still signed into this enigmatic "doesnt exist but does exist" account of mine, causing ANY email I tried at the signup form to give me the "You already have an account" popup. I went and signed out of it, and it allowed me to use my alternative email. However, I'm still wondering if I can somehow reinstate my dead account. I don't need my data to be recovered, though I would like my domain back. pendell.x10host.com

If no one else has taken that domain, and it appears not, you should be able to register it with the new account.

There's no way to "reinstate" a deleted account.

I understand what you mean by that, but that's not quite what I'm asking. My account was deleted for inactivity, and the landing page for it tells me that I can create a new account with you guys under the same email address. However, when I try to, the signup page tells me that I already have an account when I try to use my email address. I'd like to still use my primary email for this, and idk, maybe there's just a bit of my account somehow lingering on your servers or something? Just enough to prevent me creating a new account with the same email address?
