Create New Account With Deleted Email

Maybe my original post was too jumbled and all over the place, so I'll reiterate my previous thread's question in a much clearer tone.

My old x10 account from 2015 was deleted. I would like to create a new x10 account using the same email address as my last one, to avoid clutter and confusion on my end. However, when I try to sign up using this email, the form tells me that I already have an account, followed by a sign-in popup. Once I type in my old password, I am told that I'm signed in, no need to create a new account. However, if I try to access the cPanel from this dead account, I get the screen attached to this post. It tells me that I can create a new account with my old email, but this doesn't seem to be true.

All I want to do is make a new account.

It is supposed to work, once signed in the system should let you create a new hosting account under the old email. I'll have to forward this to developers so that they can check what is preventing it from working properly.

Alright, interesting. I'll add that, although I'm unable to access cPanel or anything of the sort, I am still able to access the "Change Name" page, which still holds my old account's name to it.
Also, while signed into this dead account, and visiting the Signup page, it doesn't matter what email I put into the signup form, it will tell me I already have an account, even if I've never used the email I'm putting in. If I go back into the dead account and sign out of it, then it will allow me to signup with a different email (which I haven't done yet).
Seems like an easily fixable bug to me? But then, it could also be an extremely difficult fix. Not like I know how any of this works... :confused:
