"Unable to find hosting account", but website is still live

I received an inactivity warning email recently, but when I went to log in, I received the error:

"Unfortunately we were not able to find your hosting account."

However, my site is still live.

How can I regain control of it?

Is this still an issue? The lookupsystem I have access to shows properly an hosting account linked with the forum account you are posting from.

Strangely, normal service has resumed.
