Suggestion for Top Admins

With respect to the recent challenges gained from the recent migrations,
And respect for the fact it is a lot of work to do whats being done,
The question still remains....

Why hasn't the top admins posted any updates in announcements ?
the last post was from 3 weeks ago estimating they should have all
accounts migrated in about a week depending if any any problems.

Many users are still waiting, many have issues, many getting frustrated.
and it just makes things worst when there is no updates are made.
and no one knows whats going on.

its just a suggestion, but updated announcements would be helpful.

for me, a key frustration is this error with zero information about what can be done:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe

For that you either create a site with an index file (index.php, index.html etc) or create (or edit) a .htaccess file adding this line:

Options +Indexes

I do not believe since December 13, 2019 do not have any news

Now, if you have issues with your account, the proper action would have been to request help in the "Free Hosting" section here at the forums. Unfortunately we have no way of knowing your account fails if you don't tell.
