Hello, today I revised my website and I notice that all the files on the server since 2020 was gone. I don't know if someone else is going through the same.

I hope you can help me, thanks.

If you were using the old FTP and cPanel servers, you had updated the server that is now decommissioned, and your active server is now showing what was present at the time of the server move. Please update your FTP client to use [username]@[your domain]. Do not use [username]@x##.x10hosting.com or you can have this problem again. Also, be sure to log in to https://x10hosting.com/sso/main and not x##.x10hosting.com:2083 .

Since your files were on the wrong server and are now deleted, an administrator will have to see if recovery is possible. It appears your account is in good standing, and you are not affected by account deletion, as some other users have noticed. I am requesting an administrator look into this matter.

We have backups, all accounts was packaged into its own archive ready for transfer right before taking the old servers offline.

I can use this backup to restore to your account, though this would mean I wipe the current DA account, I assume you didn't do any changes after DNS was updated?
