can not login to server using filezilla

Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

The fact that the screenshot you posted says authenitcation failed is probably why you can not connect.

What I'd recommend that you do is reset the password through the main logins lost password option (https://x10hosting.com/sso/login/forgotten), make sure to set a password that has uppercase, lowercase and numbers, for right now I'd avoid special chars as some has been proven to fail synchronizing to the hosting servers (a - works fine however).

There has been a few cases where the passwords are mismatched after the migrations and since the panel login uses a session based login that bypasses the need for a proper password on the hosting server (ie x12.x10hosting.com)

Another option is to login to DA through the panel and create a separate ftp account where you can set the password freely.
