Can't access control panel

Asked this 2 months ago but got no response and it's still an issue:
@Anna @garrettroyce The hosting control panel link (pointed at https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN) now times out with an error that the site took too long to respond.

https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/?redirect=yes/
and make again "enter" command in the adress bar (I haven't anderstand why!!!)

The usual suspect in these cases, that the IP is blocked by the firewall, turned out to not be the case.

Are you able to view your site properly?

Is it the same if you go directly to https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222 without going through the panel? Trying to determine where the error may be.

At this time I don't see anything server side that could cause this, could you try clearing cache and/or another browser. I know that DirectAdmin itself does not play well with some older browsers.

What the user is doing is clicking the link from the panel, in which case you should not modify the link at all.
