try clearing any browser temp or cache files.

the correct logon should be https://x10hosting.com/login
this logs your sign in so you wont be suspended.

using https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222 does not log your sign in.
therefore you risk suspension if this is only login you use.

I did find your IP in the firewall, it was added due to "Failed SMTP AUTH login"

Make sure you have the correct credentials in your mail client to avoid being blocked by the firewall again.

thanks a lot now it works, yes the error was after a series of failed smtp login
