Well the Softaculous forum software install is gone. It's not in the C Panel and the option to access my account settings and switch to 10x hosting basic is also gone. Which makes me think the site has been hacked. As I know there is a warning about the Heartbleed bug.

Yes I saw your screenshot Anna that's the option I saw in the upgrade. So in there I just type in whatever name I want for my domain( example My sitename.com or if I want My site.net.) And then it will just register it all for me as long as the domain name I have chosen is available? How long...
