Cannot Access C Panel-Security warning.Site redirects to Unknown Website-HELP.

This is what I get when I ty to log into my C Pannel. The site redirects to VX 10 hosting which is not this site.
Se this screenshot I took as this is the warning message I get which says something about un-trusted website-Also the software install to install WordPress and other Forums is missing in the C Panel and it appears to be a different C Panel. I was reading something about the Heartbleed bug that effects https log in. Could my C panel on 10x hosting be effected?

Well the Softaculous forum software install is gone. It's not in the C Panel and the option to access my account settings and switch to 10x hosting basic is also gone. Which makes me think the site has been hacked. As I know there is a warning about the Heartbleed bug.

No the issues you are experiencing are related to the migration.

You can safely push past that message for now. Please see this post for further details.

Softaculous is apparently going to get fully licenced (was partially licenced during the migration I assume) so it's coming back.

So what you are saying is that the problems I am experiencing are only temporary due to a problem with your servers that you are trying to sort out?

Basically, they've brought the security certificate but they haven't fully set it up yet, at least that's what they've said last night.
