OK, now I get this: Unfortunately we do not allow users to have more than one hosting account at a time. You can manage your current hosting account through our account panel. Do I have to get rid of my bkuser account somehow too - if so, I'm wondering if I can get back to this thread to tell...

OK, I tried to do sign up again, but it says that my user name is already in use. Getting a different user name may not hep if my email address still tied to the original account too. It seems to make more sense to find a way to un-suspend my current account. Would it be possible to just...
