Hi.. so i have had my account for a number of years and finally got my own domain from cloudflare. I was able to get my simple hello world index.html to show when typing my domain into the browser address. Then I went on to other things and a week or so later when I tried my domain I got a 404...

I have been playing around with aistudio. There is an option there to copy to github. I have been doing that and now I want to deploy the code to my x10hosting account. I am not versed in using github so be kind. ;O)

In case it matters.. as I said my site working again, but I am on LEVEL, not ABSOLUT. I have no idea if that matters, just thought I'd mention it.

Nope, and Nope I do usually get names, but looking at my notes, not this time, but he did say the ref number relates to his records, so that should be sufficient. As to why... I asked if there was some info that I could include but he said no.. all that they needed was an email to the address...
