there's no way to do it with a component through joomla without getting suspended?

Im on my last warning now, i have a site that uses joomla and ive tried to backitup through the backend but everytime i do, it stops midway and suspends my account for using to much resources. anyone have any solutions on how to back up my site??!?! thx
