I have two addresses on file via cpanel, however I do not receive any emails with "further instructions" to link my accounts. -logan logan.exofire.net

I can't figure this out ... When I use a Hide IP program, I can access my site, and cpanel, however I still cannot access my account via SmartFTP. Why is my IP even hidden from x10? - this makes no sense logan.exofire.net

Server has been down for over a week ... what's going on?
