Thanks this third month they send an email to say I have not signed in for a month but when I do it still shows the same message of multiple accounts. The website is still there and I can ftp to it. Just don’t know what they are doing.

Yes I have discord and chatted to Eric who gave me a url to put in request which I did the one you saw.

Do you know if I put my request in the correct place and is it just a matter of being patient and waiting? Will they inform me or how will I know etc.
