i have been with you for many years http://www.malc.x10.mx/
i also set up later on three more accounts for friends who did not know how. I have now been blocked for multiple accounts. Can you please unblock my account. I will inform my friends if they want to continue they will have to sort it out themselves but I don’t think they still know how so doubt if they will do anything.
I just need mine working ok please.

Thank you, I have hopefully reported to the right place which account I want to continue with. I did find it confusing where to ask for the ban to be lifted hopefully it will be seen. Once again thanks.

Do you know if I put my request in the correct place and is it just a matter of being patient and waiting? Will they inform me or how will I know etc.

you will need to decide on which account to keep, as only 1 is allowed now.
staff will need to help you with this, once they get to see your post.
so you just have to be patient and wait for them.

support may be faster on the discord service if you have that.

Yes I have discord and chatted to Eric who gave me a url to put in request which I did the one you saw.
