Thank you for your help. The issue was not with windows as I was having the same issue on Android. After trying to further isolate the problem, it appeared my internet gateway was causing the issue and a reboot has resynced everything.

Thank you for your suggestion. System clock is correct and a resync has been undertaken to make sure.
I have tried logging out of all accounts prior to Direct Access.
Direct access still produces same error even without logging in.
After logging in to X10 hosting I am unable to access my Hosting Control Panel from the dashboard. This is before accessing the domains / emails etc.

A previous post suggested removing Cloudfare which was done...
I'm having the same issue with thelammas.x10.mx. Can access the site no problem, but can't access the hosting control panel or file organizer. So can someone please correct whatever was corrected for Steve. This error is both on Android and Windows.
