Server x12.x10hosting.com is very slow. What's the problem?For the first the website is loading it can take 30-60 s and sometime does not work at all. When I re-open google chrome it sometime works better if I have lucky

I test the speed site at gtmetrix from UK, the loading time is about 18-24 s , size website 1,44MB and request 69. I know it's free hosting but it's too slow something is wrong...
