Ok ,how is the process done ? After i paid for the premium they move my site from free host to premium or i should do it manually myself?

I would like to know if i move from free hosting to x10premium would i encounter with the same problems that i have on free host like: site don't work, can't enter my cPanel etc.

Hello, i have a strange issue with "disk space usage" under hosting account & in Cpanel. Before the servers updates i have the following : http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/125116-zero-disk-space-usage.html Now it shows different : 72MB Used / -72MB Free. Any suggestions? ----------...

Thx, for fast reply. It started from the moment the account were move to fris server, from the biggining i have some issues with cpanel but no one gave me much help... so it lasting for about a month...

Hello, partial able to login to my Cpanel (even thought i have done password reset few times) the "Disk Space Usage 37.25 / ￾‡ MB" on one hand and on the other in "Hosting Account Panel" the Disk Space Usage is showing 0/0 MB any explanation?
