The reason I have x10 Elder under my name is because I have over 500 posts.
When I got 50 (or 100 posts I can't remember) I got the title x10Sophmore, and when I had 250 posts I also got the title 'x10 Lieutenant'.
Community Advocates (750+ posts) have the ability of choosing their own titles I think.

I am in a whitelisted country therefore I do not need your help. Anybody who is blacklisted couldn't let you create the account for you anyway because the blacklisted user would not be able to access cPanel as that has a block setup.

I would also like to keep my email private.
