I did escalate this because it is the correct procedure, even if the user doesn't indicate in the brackets, as they can then directly communicate with admin. In the nicest of ways, I hope you understand that there are lots of ways about going about things, and mine is just one of them. Just because you have an idea about how something should be organised, that doesn't mean you should disregard the opinions and views of others.
