can't open the hosting control panel

no error. just not work hosting control panel button and password change button.Any error messages?
Previously, it would open when I clicked on hosting control panel button, but now it doesn't.
Same in other browsers.I can not reproduce this at this time. Therefore, I believe this will be local / browser related. Can you attempt to do this on a different browser?

Thank you for the video. This is certainly not replicable on any of my machines When you click to open the control panel a secondary window shows and pops up. Is it possible you disabled pop ups on x10hosting.com? Can you check your web console ( f12) when you attempt this to check any other logging that it may have?
