Havent tried with hotmail. Only gmail.

The email leaves RoundCube without any problems or notifications. BUT the message won't arrive to Gmail

Did it as advised and didn't get a response. So I guess is deleting and recreating must be done to fix it right?

Noted. Two questions please: 1. Do you know if by doing this the old messages will be deleted or will remain? 2. Do you know also if the ones that haven't been received since this failure will be received or will get lost?

Thank you. Yes I only use RoundCube for my emails. And by "deactivating and reactivating" you mean keeping the same bokex checked?

Hello....I have the same problem...email not working.....I have a basic account So from reading here.....the first solution is to delete email address and to recreate it? Is that right? If so, the old messages will remain unchanged and the "new ones" will start coming in or will be lost? Thank you
