That's something you control from your domain registrar, not in x10hosting. But due to your current site contents and your proposed sub-domain, these sites are not allowed and have earned you a permanent suspension.

Haven't you tried to delete your website and change your password yet? That should have been the first thing you did. Also, make sure that your email associated with the account isn't compromised. If you need to, you can also change that in your account panel.

Asp.net is not available in free hosting. You could take advantage of Mono 2.0 in Premium hosting, but there's no guarantee that it would work either. If you absolutely need Asp.net, then it would be best to look for windows hosting. All servers here at x10hosting use linux, not windows.

I've checked your urls. The main domain has a 404 error, your portfolio and drupal site is still there. Go recheck your cPanel's filemanager. I believe that your sites are still there.
