    Your supposed to connect to : tony1966.pcriot.com And your username is not an email address, that's what you use to login to your account panel. Click on your hosting details there and look through them. You'll see that your cPanel username is not an email address.

    yes, you can use ftp. You already have a default ftp account. The username and password is your cPanel username and password.

    Sorry, I was wrong. There's a default webpage with the www one that doesn't belong to us. I see that you use cloudflare to manage your dns. Have you made sure that there is a cname alias for www that also points to x10hosting? If you need help figuring that out, ask Cloudflare for assistance...

    Your account has to be at least 7 days old, and it must fully comply with the free hosting TOS. Both of these requirements are not fulfilled. Your site needs to have an easy to find link on the main page to a translation into English, Spanish, or French.

    Bandwidth is unmetered. Resource limits are a different thing, though. It's mainly the CPU usage. You can still login to your cpanel, and go find out what's using too many resources.

    Unfortunately, that may have been too long of inactivity and then the suspension period exceeding 14 days automatically deleted the account. There is no hosting account associated with your forum account that you posted with here. What was your cPanel username, just to be sure?
