You don't have a hosting account attached to your forum account. What was your cPanel username?

That account for scap3 is still online and active, and belongs to a different forum account. Since you say that it's a former account of yours, then you should be able to go login to that account and remove that domain from it yourself.

Yes. An addon domain will work which is why it was suggested. In the free hosting TOS under the Server Usage section, it says that you are only allowed one hosting account.

Your account is permanently suspended for adult material. There is no way to unsuspend.

Have you tried clearing your cache? If you are uploading through cPanel's file manger, did you make sure that you checked that box to overwrite existing files?

It's says that there is adult material in your account. The reason also says to not unsuspend, so the suspension is permanent and there is nothing else we can do.

You don't need another account to make another website. Simply use the hosting account you already have and use the addon domain feature for your new site.

It's a permanent suspension.
