Are you not able to login to your account? If you can still login, then try changing your password and making sure that the emails registered to your accounts are yours and not someone elses.

What was your cPanel username and the domain name you used for the account? Also, when was the last time you saw your site online?

Search online with the key words "website stat service." Plenty of results show up for different services to choose from.

Actually yes it's logical. AWStats were found to cause high resource suspensions in free accounts, so that's why it's not there. You could try a third-party stat service if you want to.

Please check your spam or junk folder for your confirmation email. If there still isn't one there, try to request another confirmation email using the link your account panel.
