Did you change the nameservers before you tried to delete the domain from cPanel? If so, go back to co.cc and change the nameservers back to x10hosting ones. After the domain works again, then try to delete the parked domain again. I hope this works.

If you are talking about the default cgi-bin folder, then that was completely disabled on free accounts months ago. Just reupload your site.

Have you tried deleting or re-adding your domain? Be sure to delete your empty folder for the domain that you are confused about it being there, as well. If you can't find your site's files, then something did indeed go wrong and you'll have to reupload your backups.

So you knowingly had a chat script on your account, did not remove it immediately to comply with TOS, and let it sit there until you were caught. From the TOS: Again, Illuminated and/or premium packages do not have this restriction. Feel free to upgrade if you'd like.

The only way to do that is to ask for the deletion of your current account by posting your cPanel username and then verifying that you've taken all necessary backups (it's part of the form even though you can't access the server anyways.) But there's no guarantee that when you sign up again...

To add onto Derek's advice that you need to follow, you also used the wrong nameservers. I thought you mistyped them in your post, but a whois search confirms that you put in the wrong nameservers. Nameservers: ns1.x10hosting.com, ns2.x10hosting.com
