You already have this hosting account created since 2 days ago with that username. It looks like you were able to access it already because you updated the main domain. Also, you need to go log in at co.cc and change the nameservers of your domain to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

This might be because the system can't send any notification emails to you about the password change due to your email not being confirmed. Try confirming your email first, then change your password again. Let us know if that works or not.

When did you pay for that and was it only for one year subscription?

Something on your account used excessive resources because otherwise you wouldn't have been suspended. Again, please list all of the extensions installed in your Joomla so that we may find out what is causing these suspensions. If you do not do so, then we lack the information needed to help...

Co.cc is a third party free domain site. That domain really is expired. Either go there to renew it, or register a domain name there. After that, add in x10hosting's dns there and place that domain in your hosting account.

You currently don't have a hosting account with the forum account you posted with. If you did have one, it's already gone. We don't delete forum accounts, though. Just delete any personal details that may be publicly displayed and then leave it inactive.

You violated x10hosting's terms of service. There are consequences for that. Your addon domain is not going to be unlinked. Access to the account that it's on is permanently prohibited.

Again, x10hosting doesn't need to do anything. You need to go to your domain registrar and change the dns entries to your new host.
