I don't see a thread by you asking for an account restore from that time. I'm sorry, but after the cut off date for restores, all of the backups from that move were deleted to make room for new backups.

Are you still having this problem or could you try logging into your account again? You are not currently suspended. When I visit your domain, I see two php errors displayed only.

I know what's wrong now. An account manager has to go fix your account for showing as suspended when you're not suspended. After they do that, change your password again and that should do it.
I'm escalating your thread now so that staff can do this.
The TOS said that proxies are forbidden. This is a zero tolerance violation of the rules, and that means that just because you ignored the TOS doesn't mean that there's any leniency for you. You're not getting your account or it's files back.
