Permanent suspension means there is no restore of your account. You account will stay suspended until it's deleted automatically from the system. This usually takes more than 14 days for the account to be terminated.

You can change your main domain in your account panel. Log in here https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, click on Hosting details, then change the domain the name.

cPanel usernames are also only 8 characters or less long. The one you gave is 14 characters long. Edit: Your details show no hosting account created, but there is one still pending creation.
