I got the repair_settings.php to load but it still says the Sql DB is busy, try again later??? Is this a problem with my site or the host?

I am unable to login to the Cpanel...it says my username and password are incorrect, although they are not.

Connection Problems Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later. Nevermind, i figured it out. I had the SQL user permissions all unchecked. Duh me!! lol.

If i can access my Cpanel, does that mean im all set and ready to go? Because i am getting SQL errors when i try and access the site i uploaded via FTP.

I was wondering how long it usually takes for me to start using my Account Panel, the status says Coming Soon.
